As a dental nurse with us, you play a crucial role in ensuring that patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full range of skills, while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service. Your responsibilities will include, among others: - Assisting with examinations and treatments - Working with your own patients on prophylactic treatments, onboarding, oral health counseling, or acclimatization treatments - Tasks in sterilization and reception We are located in central Skene with good transport links to Gothenburg, Borås, and Varberg. Feel free to read more about our opening hours and how to find us: Folktandvården Skene - Folktandvården (vgregion.se) **Qualifications and Profile** - Qualified dental nurse with education recognized by MYH (The Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education) - Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care - Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1, both spoken and written - Ability to independently manage administration - Capability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely - Ability to maintain a stable and calm demeanor even when busy - Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner - Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement efforts If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentorship program during your initial period. The mentorship program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental nurses. **About the Recruitment Process** If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR department for an interview.
