We are now seeking a self-motivated dental nurse who understands the importance of good service and excellent patient care Main Responsibilities and Tasks At the Specialist Dental Clinic in Uddevalla, virtually all dental specialties are represented. We are approximately 40 employees, and our facilities are located at Uddevalla Hospital. Our orthodontic specialist clinic consists of three specialist dentists, seven orthodontic assistants, one dental nurse, and two dental technicians. Our clinic is characterized by job satisfaction, helpfulness, and experienced colleagues. We stimulate personal development, individual initiatives, and participation. It is important to us that everyone feels well in the staff group and that patients feel safe, well-received, and optimally cared for. Clinic hours are 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Your tasks will variably include assistance, delegated patient treatment, X-rays, photography, and administration. As a dental nurse, you will have the opportunity to gradually grow into the workflow and eventually train to become an orthodontic assistant. The training is two years long and will be funded by the clinic. Competence Requirements and Profile - Trained dental nurse with education from MYH (Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education) - Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care - Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written - Ability to independently manage administration - Capacity to organize and prioritize work efficiently and wisely - Ability to maintain a stable and calm demeanor even during busy periods - Skilled at collaborating and relating to others in a sensitive manner - Contribute to organizational development by actively participating in clinic improvement work About the Recruitment Process The first step is a digital interview with HR (not applicable to internal candidates). After the application period closes, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview. These interviews are planned for weeks 47-48.
