We are now looking for a self-motivated dental nurse who places great importance on good service and positive interactions. **Main Responsibilities and Tasks** At Folktandvården Landvetter, located in Landvetter Centrum, we are seeking a dental nurse. Here, you will find 18 dedicated colleagues who enjoy thinking innovatively and developing our services. We are a clinic with various specializations where everyone has the chance to grow and have fun. Since we believe that our patients are our shared responsibility, we aim to provide the best service and care. Putting the patient first is a given that we take pride in. You will meet patients of all ages with a variety of care needs. As a dental nurse with us, you play a crucial role in ensuring that patients feel welcomed and secure during their visits. You will utilize your full range of skills while the position also requires commitment, empathy, and a sense of service. **The position includes:** - Administrative work at the reception and being the first point of contact for patients - Assisting during examinations and treatments - Working with your own patients in prophylactic treatments, onboarding, oral health counseling, or acclimatization treatments based on the clinic's needs - Tasks in the sterilization area The clinic is located in modern premises at the square in Landvetter Centrum. We are 15 minutes away by Röd Express from Korsvägen and have access to free parking. There are shops nearby as well as Landvettersjön for a lunch walk. We are a clinic at the forefront with, among other things, digital impression scanning, digital care meetings, and microscopes. Landvetter is an expanding area and will grow with several households in the coming years. Feel free to read more about our opening hours and how to find us: Folktandvården Landvetter, Folktandvården Landvetter - Folktandvården (vgregion.se) **Qualifications and Profile** - Qualified dental nurse with education from MYH (The Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education) - Interest in administrative tasks - Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care - Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written forms - Ability to independently manage administration - Capability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely - Ability to maintain a stable and calm demeanor even during busy times - Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner - Experience as a dental nurse and in administrative tasks is an advantage If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental nurses. **About the Recruitment Process** If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates for interviews at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 49, 50, and 51.
