We are now looking for a self-motivated dental nurse who understands the importance of good service and positive interactions. **Main Responsibilities and Tasks:** At Folktandvården Hjällbo, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs. As a dental nurse with us, you play a crucial role in ensuring that patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full range of skills while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and a strong sense of service. Your duties will include, among others: - Assisting with examinations and treatments - Working with your own patients on prophylactic treatments, onboarding, oral health counseling, or acclimatization treatments - Working in the sterilization area and reception We are a clinical training center and welcome students from the dental and dental hygiene programs at the University of Gothenburg. Supervising/assisting students may also be part of the role. Currently, we have a total of 25 employees. Please feel free to learn more about our opening hours and how to find us: Folktandvården Hjällbo, Gothenburg - Folktandvården **Qualifications and Profile:** - Qualified dental nurse with education recognized by MYH (Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education) - Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care - Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written forms - Ability to independently manage administration - Capability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely - Ability to present a stable and calm demeanor even when busy - Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner - Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement efforts If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental nurses. **About the Recruitment Process:** If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR department for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates for interviews at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 49 and 50.
