The Public Health Function is a department within Public Dental Health Dalarna, where we aim to increase knowledge about oral health and focus on preventive dental care. The department primarily consists of external activities directed at individuals entitled to necessary dental care, child health centers, and schools. We are involved in both national and local projects, and our ambition is to be an innovative and up-to-date organization. The Public Health Function currently consists of 1 operations manager, 1 operations coordinator, 10 dental hygienists, and 6 dental nurses distributed across 7 teams, based in 6 locations in Region Dalarna.

We offer varied tasks as well as an interesting and developing job. The role involves a significant amount of travel by car within your catchment area. The position may also include clinical work in general dentistry during certain periods.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
• has a degree from a dental nurse program
• holds a valid B driver's license (manual transmission)
It is advantageous if you:
• have experience with the T4 data system
Since the role involves a lot of contact with people, sometimes in vulnerable situations, we place great importance on your personal qualities. We prefer that you can work independently while also collaborating well with others and communicating with both colleagues and patients in a responsive and smooth manner. You believe that care and service are a natural part of the job. Furthermore, you are good at organizing and prioritizing your work effectively. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
