Main Responsibilities and Tasks Folktandvården Floda is a workplace where we are constantly working on business development. We place great emphasis on keeping up with advancements to provide the best care for our patients and create a positive work environment. You will have ample opportunities for individual professional development, and for those new to the job, we have experienced colleagues to guide you. We do not operate according to the working hours model of 7 AM to 7 PM. The position includes, among other tasks: - Assisting with examinations and treatments - Working with your own patients in prophylaxis treatments, onboarding, oral health advice, or acclimatization treatments - Working in sterilization and reception Our team currently consists of 17 employees, including 1 receptionist, 9 dental nurses, 2 hygienists, and 5 dentists of varying ages. Floda is located 26 km from Gothenburg. It is easily accessible via good bus and train connections with frequent departures directly to the clinic. If you prefer to drive, free parking is available. Feel free to read more about our opening hours and how to find us: Folktandvården Floda - Folktandvården (vgregion.se) Qualifications and Profile - Qualified dental nurse with education recognized by MYH (Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education) - Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry - Good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written - Ability to independently manage administrative tasks - Capability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely - Ability to maintain a stable and calm demeanor even during busy times - Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner - Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement efforts If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental nurses. About the Recruitment Process If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates for interviews at the clinic. Interviews are scheduled for week 50.
