We are now seeking a dentist who wants to make a difference!
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
At Folktandvården Lerum, we work with a positive spirit where teamwork and business development are natural elements.
We find challenges and innovation exciting and strive to engage all employees in the clinic's development work.
The staff consists of 33 employees, including 10 dentists, 3 dental hygienists, and 19 dental assistants. We are a resource clinic for dentoalveolar and implant surgery. We operate on a 7-19 model, with 14 treatment rooms and panoramic X-ray. Lerum is easily accessible with frequent train and bus connections. If you prefer driving, we offer free parking.
The position includes:
Working both independently and together with colleagues in the treatment room.
Performing both simple examinations and more advanced treatments and emergency dental care.
Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics.
Competence Requirements and Profile
Licensed dentist, with several years of practical experience preferred.
Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care
Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish high school or C1 level in both speech and writing
Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently and wisely
Capable of maintaining a stable and calm demeanor during high-pressure situations
Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a sensitive manner
If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored supervision program during the first year. This supervision program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of skills development.
About the Recruitment Process
After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.
Candidates with education/degrees from EU/EES countries other than Sweden and without references may be required to complete supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.
