Main Responsibilities and Tasks
At the Public Dental Care Dalaberg, you'll meet patients of all ages with diverse healthcare needs.
As a dentist with us, you play a crucial role in ensuring patients feel well-received and comfortable during their visit. You'll utilize your entire skillset while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and a service-oriented approach.
The position includes:
- Working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in the treatment room
- Working on both simple examinations and more advanced treatments and emergency dental care
- Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics
Dalaberg Public Dental Care has 14 treatment rooms and a total of 26 employees. We have a diverse team of dentists, dental nurses, dental hygienists, health promoters, receptionists, and administrators. Together, we ensure a rewarding and stimulating work environment. We are seeking a dentist for Dalaberg who considers open doors, shared clinic responsibility, mutual support, and enjoying work together as fundamental. Our patient base is approximately 9,400 patients, many of whom are children and young adults. Our treatment spectrum is very broad, and you'll meet patients with various healthcare needs and from all age groups.
Competence Requirements and Profile
- Licensed dentist with documented experience
- Interest in both child and adult dental care
- Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both speech and writing
- Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently and wisely
- Capable of maintaining a stable and calm demeanor during busy periods
- Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a sensitive manner
- Contribute to organizational development by actively participating in clinic improvement work
If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during the first year. This mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of skills development.
