About the role
As a general dentist with us, you will be a central part of the startup of our new clinic in Mariestad. This role is suitable for you who want to work with a focus on quality and responsibility while helping to shape a clinic together with an engaged team. A typical day with us involves:
• 100% clinical patient work (prosthetics, implant prosthetics, general dentistry)
• Patient meetings focusing on security, service, and long-term relationships
• Careful communication where you help the patient understand indications and treatment needs
• Assisting at the clinic when needed – we work without prestige and support each other
• Participating in clinic meetings, therapy meetings, and digital collaboration meetings with our other clinics
• Sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of the team
No revenue requirements – but we are looking for someone who wants to work five days a week with a focus on quality and stable patient flows.
Who we are looking for
You are confident in your role as a dentist and want to work long-term in an environment where professionalism and care are the foundation. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to building a clinic where people thrive, help each other, and continuously develop.
Requirements – (Must be met)
• Dental degree + Swedish license
• 2–4 years of experience as a dentist
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• No previous remarks with IVO/FK
• Unpretentious, collaborative, and confident
Meritorious – (A plus)
• Experience in prosthetics and implant prosthetics
• Experience with intraoral scanning (e.g., Trios)
• Experience with Muntra digital workflows
About the employer
Tandcentrum operates modern clinics in Karlstad and Kristinehamn, as well as its own dental laboratory. We build dental clinics where people thrive – both as patients and as colleagues. The new clinic in Mariestad will be the next step in our expansion. Here, we will start with a small but experienced team consisting of a dentist, a dental hygienist, and two dental nurses, and you will be involved from the beginning in shaping work methods, routines, and culture.
