Who are we looking for?
You who are applying:
• Are a licensed dentist with at least 3 years of experience
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have experience in dentoalveolar surgery
• Have experience in basic prosthetics as well as removable prosthetics
In addition, we would like you to be a confident and good team player with a solution-focused attitude, possess strong communication skills, and have a strong drive to develop within your professional role as a dentist.
It is advantageous if you also have:
• More than 3 years of experience as a dentist
• Education in surgery/implants or have performed more advanced surgeries such as bone replacement with membranes during guided bone regeneration, osteotomy techniques, and sinus lifts, as well as implant placement.
• Good knowledge in periodontology, treatment planning, and performing periodontal surgery
• Interest in developing skills in invisible orthodontics
• Knowledge and experience in aesthetic dentistry from whitening, non-prep veneers to facade treatments
• Experience working with full dentures and KBF bridges
• Interest and ability to train and develop your dental nurse to enable a more delegated working method
About the position:
• Location: Älvsjö Tandklinik, centrally located within walking distance to public transport.
• Journal system: Muntra
• Permanent position, full-time (80–100%)
• Start date: As agreed.
• Working hours: The position involves varying working hours, with the following basic requirements:
At least one day a week, you will work from 07:00–15:00 or 16:00.
At least one day a week, you will work from 10:00 or 11:00–20:00.
One Saturday a month is included in the schedule, from 9 AM to 3 PM. Other working hours are flexible and planned in consultation with the dental nurse you will be working with, to ensure smooth cooperation for both parties.

About Älvsjö Tandvård:
Älvsjö Tandvård opened its doors in August 2017 with a single treatment room. Since then, we have grown rapidly and now have nearly eight fully operational treatment rooms, with the possibility of building five more. Our revenue has increased from 1 million in the first year to nearly 20 million in our fourth year.
Patient clientele: Mostly adults, but there is also a smaller proportion of children.
Our team currently consists of 18 dedicated employees: 6 dentists, 5 dental nurses, and 5 dental hygienists, one of whom also combines their role with reception work. In addition, we have 2 employees working in finance and administration.
