We are now looking for a dentist who wants to make a difference! **Main Responsibilities and Tasks** At Folktandvården Stenungsund, you will meet patients of all ages with a variety of care needs. As a dentist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well-received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full range of skills while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a strong sense of service. The role includes, among other things: - Working both independently and collaboratively with your colleagues. - Performing both simple examinations and more advanced treatments, as well as emergency dental care. - Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics. We have 12 treatment rooms. Here, 10 dentists, 6 dental hygienists, and 22 dental nurses work together, totaling 42 employees. For opening hours: Folktandvården Stenungsund - Folktandvården The clinic is co-located with the specialist clinic for Orthodontics. **Competence Requirements and Profile** - Licensed dentist - Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry - Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 level in both spoken and written form - Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely - Ability to present a stable and calm demeanor even when busy - Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program, which includes up to 18 days of professional development. **About the Recruitment Process** If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview.
