We are now looking for a dentist who wants to make a difference! **Main Responsibilities and Tasks** At Folktandvården Sannegården, you will meet patients of all ages with a variety of care needs. As a dentist with us, you play a crucial role in ensuring that patients feel well-received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full range of skills while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and a sense of service. Your duties will include: - Working both independently and collaboratively with your colleagues in the treatment room. - Conducting both simple examinations and more advanced treatments, including emergency dental care. - Serving as the team’s specialist in oral diagnostics. Sannegården is a clinic with 10 modern and fully digitized treatment rooms. Currently, we have 24 employees of varying ages, and we value diversity. The clinic is centrally located on Norra Älvstranden, adjacent to Lindholmen and Eriksberg, the fastest-growing area of Gothenburg. At the clinic, we offer all types of dental care, from routine check-ups to more advanced procedures such as implants, aesthetic dentistry, and nitrous oxide sedation. **Qualifications and Profile** - Licensed dentist, preferably with a few years of practical experience. - Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry. - Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form. - Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely. - Ability to present a stable and calm demeanor even during busy times. - Capacity to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner. - Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement efforts. If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentorship program during your first year. The mentorship program is part of our three-year development program, offering up to 18 days of professional development. **About the Recruitment Process** After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.
