Become part of something greater. Welcome to Folktandvården! We are seeking an engaged and competent dentist for a temporary position during a parental leave. With us, you will work in a modern clinic focused on high quality, a good working environment, and satisfied patients. At Folktandvården Pedagogen Park, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs. As a dentist with us, you play a crucial role in ensuring that patients feel well-received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full range of skills while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service. The position includes, among other things: - Working both independently and collaboratively with your colleagues in the treatment room. - Performing both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments, as well as emergency dental care. - Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics. We are a clinical training center and welcome students from the dental and dental hygiene programs at the University of Gothenburg. Supervising/assisting students may also be part of the role. Currently, we have a total of 17 employees. Please feel free to read more about our opening hours and how to find us: Folktandvården Pedagogen Park, Mölndal - Folktandvården (vgregion.se) Qualifications and Profile - Licensed dentist - Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care - Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1, both spoken and written - Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely - Ability to present a stable and calm demeanor even when busy - Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentorship program during your first year. The mentorship program is part of our three-year development program, offering up to 18 days of professional development. About the Recruitment Process If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR department for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.
