We are now looking for a dentist who wants to make a difference! **Main Responsibilities and Tasks** At Folktandvården Götene-Källby, you will meet patients of all ages with a variety of care needs. As a dentist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full range of skills, while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and a sense of service. The role includes, among other things: - Working both independently and collaboratively with your colleagues in the treatment room. - Conducting both simpler examinations as well as more advanced treatments and emergency dental care. The clinics are located in the picturesque Kinnekulle area. The larger clinic is in Götene and the smaller one in Källby, situated 20 and 10 kilometers from Lidköping, respectively. There are good bus connections available. We plan to staff the clinic with six dentists, two dental hygienists, and nine dental nurses. We are looking for a dentist who desires a stimulating and challenging job. For us, open doors, shared responsibility for the clinic, mutual support and learning, and having fun together are all essential! In a smaller community, your challenge will be to treat everyone from small children to older adults. For our opening hours: Folktandvården Götene - Folktandvården and Folktandvården Källby - Folktandvården. **Qualifications and Profile** - Licensed dentist - Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care - Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written forms - Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently and wisely - Ability to convey a stable and calm impression even when busy - Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner - Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement efforts. If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year.
