About the role
As a dental hygienist with us, you will be a key person in establishing our new clinic in Mariestad. You will work clinically with both examinations and periodontal treatments and play an important role in creating long-term relationships with patients. A typical day with us includes:
• Clinical patient work
• Work shifts focused on quality and good communication
• Collaboration with dentists and dental assistants to create the best possible patient experience
• Assisting at the clinic as needed – everyone contributes to comfort and workflow
• Participation in digital therapy meetings and category meetings with colleagues from our other clinics

Who we are looking for
You are a humble, confident, and structured dental hygienist who is passionate about high-quality dental care. You thrive in a team where everyone helps each other and where the patient is always at the center.
Requirements – (Must be met)
• Licensed dental hygienist in Sweden
• At least 2 years of experience as a dental hygienist
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Reside in Mariestad or within approximately 30 minutes of commuting distance
• Humble and collaborative
Meritorious – (A plus)
• Experience with the journal system Muntra
• Experience in periodontal and peri-implant treatments
• Familiarity with working with an intraoral scanner
