As a newly hired dental hygienist, you'll also take part in a one-year introduction program that includes clinic introduction and supervision, as well as several training days.
Folktandvården Slottstorget is a centrally located clinic in Gävle with close proximity to both train and bus connections. A dental care team of over 38 employees staffs the clinic together. We have a broad collective competence and actively work to contribute to each other's professional development, sharing our clinical experiences.
WORK TASKS
As a dental hygienist, you'll work clinically with children, youth, and adults across the entire healthcare spectrum. You'll work in a team with dentists/dental nurses, always striving to provide patients with high-quality care in a calm and attentive environment. After training and introduction, you'll have the opportunity to expand your duties to include filling therapy, taking impressions, and clinical photography.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're seeking a licensed dental hygienist or someone at the end of their education. You have a creative and analytical approach, and your personal qualities are characterized by good collaboration skills, flexibility, and commitment. You are also pedagogical and skilled at communicating with both patients and colleagues.
