Welcome to us! We are currently seeking a new or experienced dental hygienist who wants to develop alongside us. We are looking for a dental hygienist for FTV Eyra in central Örebro. FTV Eyra is part of a clinic unit together with FTV Hallsberg/Askersund. The unit has a shared operational manager and a shared unit manager. We also have two unit coordinators. As a dental hygienist, you will report directly to the operational manager. FTV Eyra is centrally located in the eastern part of Örebro and is an attractive clinic for both staff and patients. We perhaps have the best location in the city on the sixth floor with a panoramic view over the city. The clinic is new and fresh, featuring 12 bright and spacious treatment rooms, a welcoming waiting area, two conference rooms, an administrative department, and a pleasant staff room. Eyra is well-equipped with digital scanning, panoramic X-ray, microscopes, and modern sterilization facilities. The clinic is growing and currently serves over 19,000 patients, of which approximately 40% are children. Among the staff of around 40 employees, there are 5 dental hygienists, all of whom have experience. There is significant experience in mentoring, and the clinic is popular among trainees. We work Monday to Friday with a scheduling model of "7-19" at the beginning of the week. We offer dental care at 21 general dental clinics and 8 specialist dental clinics, conduct public health initiatives, have a dental laboratory, and an education and research unit closely linked to Örebro University. Dental Hygienist at Folktandvården Eyra Job Responsibilities As a dental hygienist, you will meet patients of all ages. The primary task is the important preventive dental care, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of caries and periodontitis. You will actively work with our Frisktandvård concept. We continuously develop new working methods for our patients' benefit. For example, we work in different shifts and in "Direkten," where the goal is to complete all treatment in one visit. In your role as a dental hygienist, you will be part of a team with dentists and dental nurses. Taking responsibility and selflessly supporting and mentoring colleagues is something we consider essential. We highly value a good working environment and enjoying working together. Qualifications You are a licensed dental hygienist. Experience in pediatric and adult dental care is advantageous. You are proficient in the Swedish language and express yourself well in both speech and writing. We work with the Frenda journal system. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are flexible and accustomed to handling various responsibilities. You can take initiative and have good collaboration skills.
