We are now looking for a Dental Hygienist who wants to make a difference! **Main Responsibilities and Tasks** At Folktandvården Sätila, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs. As a Dental Hygienist with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well-received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full range of skills while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a strong sense of service. Your duties will include: - Being a vital part of the clinic's health-promoting and preventive dental care for all ages - Conducting your own examinations and identifying, assessing, and planning appropriate oral health interventions - Providing outreach dental care in nursing homes We are a team of 15 employees. There are good transport connections from Gothenburg, Varberg, and Borås. The clinic has staff who are specialist dentists in pediatric dentistry and nitrous oxide sedation. For more information and our opening hours: Folktandvården Sätila - Folktandvården **Qualifications and Profile** - Licensed dental hygienist - Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care - Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written forms - Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely - Ability to maintain a stable and calm demeanor even when busy - Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner - Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement efforts. If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of professional development. **About the Recruitment Process** If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview.
