We are now seeking a dental hygienist who wants to make a difference Main Responsibilities and Tasks At Folktandvården Landvetter, you'll meet patients of all ages with diverse care needs. As a dental hygienist with us, you play a crucial role in ensuring patients feel well-received and comfortable during their visit. You'll utilize your full competence while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset. The position includes: Being a key part of the clinic's health-promoting and preventive dental care for all ages Conducting personal examinations and identifying, assessing, and planning appropriate oral health interventions Outreach dental care in elderly care facilities Our team currently consists of 18 employees. The clinic is located in modern facilities in Landvetter Center's town square. We are 15 minutes away from Korsvägen by Red Express and offer free parking. Shops are nearby, as is Landvettersjön for a lunch walk. We are a clinic at the forefront, featuring digital impression scanning, digital care meetings, and microscopes. Landvetter is an expansive area expected to grow significantly in the coming years. Competence Requirements and Profile Licensed Dental Hygienist Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written communication Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently and wisely Capable of maintaining a stable and calm demeanor during high-pressure situations Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a sensitive manner Contribute to organizational development by actively participating in clinic improvement efforts For new professionals, we offer an individualized mentorship program during the first year. Mentorship is part of our development program, which includes networking meetings, team and communication training, and observation at specialist or general dental clinics. About the Recruitment Process The first step is a digital interview with HR. After the application period closes, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an on-site interview. These interviews are planned for weeks 47-48. Västra Götaland Region will conduct background checks before employment.
