We need to expand our team with a Dental Hygienist. We have a small clinic in beautiful Överkalix, located in the heart of Norrbotten.
We have specialized in treating patients with dental anxiety, and our slogan is – We care for the dental anxious! The clinic is situated close to nature, yet centrally located in the town. It is easy to find us, and patients feel welcomed in a home-like environment that reduces the hospital feel.
We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who wants to work with patients who have dental anxiety. The most important aspect for us is you as a person and how you can engage with our patients. You should be able to show respect for individuals who have not dared to visit dental care for 10, 20, or sometimes even 30 years. We work extensively with removable prosthetics, but also with fixed constructions and implants.
There are great opportunities for development in this area, or if you have another niche you wish to pursue. Our patients often travel long distances, and our catchment area spans the entire county. This means we aim to complete treatment in one or two visits. We maintain longer appointment times and see fewer patients per day in a calm and secure environment.
Our preference is that you have a Swedish education and can speak the Swedish language. A few years of experience is desirable, but your personal qualities are more important than how long you have worked.
