Main Responsibilities and Tasks At Folktandvården Biskopsgården, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs. As a dental hygienist with us, you play a vital role in ensuring that patients feel well-received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your full range of skills, while the position also demands creativity, empathy, and a sense of service. The role includes, among other things: - Being an important part of the clinic's health-promoting and preventive dental care for all ages - Conducting your own examinations and identifying, assessing, and planning appropriate oral health interventions The patient base at the clinic consists of adults and children from many different nationalities. We are about 40 employees, with a multicultural staff composition, strong cohesion, and an open work climate. Qualifications and Profile - Licensed dental hygienist - Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care - Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form - Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely - Ability to maintain a stable and calm demeanor even when busy - Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner - Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement efforts If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring is part of our development program, which also includes networking meetings, team and communication training, and observation at specialist or general dental clinics. About the Recruitment Process If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR department for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for interviews at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for December 8, 11, and 15.
