We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for an assignment focusing on managerial support in recruitment and process development within HR. The role involves working both operationally and strategically to streamline and automate recruitment processes and enhance analytics and statistics work. **Job Description:** The role requires providing managers with qualified support throughout the recruitment process—from needs analysis to hiring. You will also work on simplifying and improving processes using digital tools and systems, as well as developing analysis and follow-up work to create better decision-making support and more efficient workflows. **To succeed in this role, we believe you:** - Have extensive experience in recruitment, preferably within larger organizations with complex stakeholder management. - Have worked with ATS systems, particularly Jobylon, and have a solid understanding of how digital tools can be used to enhance the candidate experience. - Have documented experience in automating and streamlining HR processes, preferably using tools like Power BI, Excel, or other relevant systems. - Possess the ability to process and translate data into insights and communicate these pedagogically to diverse target groups. - Have a proactive and solution-oriented work approach, with the ability to drive initiatives from idea to implementation. - Have education and ongoing development in the relevant field along with 3-6 years of consultancy experience in the area. - Have participated in several similar assignments with different clients. **Responsibilities:** - Should be able to work primarily independently and take responsibility for assignments. - Serve as a role model for junior consultants. - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. **Duration:** 2026-02-02 – 2026-10-31 **Scope:** 100% **Application Deadline:** 07/10-2025 Candidates will be presented continuously, and the assignment may be filled before the final application date. **As a consultant at Future People, you will receive:** - An exciting assignment with one of our attractive clients - Security and support throughout the assignment - Dedicated consulting support and ongoing dialogue - The opportunity to build a network and take the next step in your career - Competitive salary and excellent conditions We keep you updated throughout the recruitment process—you will never have to wonder where you stand.
