We are now seeking a Junior Talent Partner for a part-time (50%) consulting assignment starting immediately for approximately three months. The assignment is with a media company located in central Stockholm.
About the Position
In this role, you will work independently on recruitment alongside the responsible manager. You will be responsible for driving the entire process – from advertising and selection to interviews and contracts – and supporting the manager in all aspects of the work.
Responsibilities
- Creating job profile
- Publish job advertisements and manage applications
- Conduct selection and schedule interviews
- Conduct and participate in interviews
- Support the responsible manager throughout the recruitment process
Suitable Background
We believe you have recruitment experience, preferably from similar roles, and are accustomed to working systematically and independently. You need to be able to start immediately and be available throughout the entire assignment.
