Firstly, let’s discuss the team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lantmännen, you will be part of a professional team where we openly share knowledge and enjoy our work. From day one, you will be a valued team member, focusing on recruiting specialists and managers primarily for our Swedish businesses. As an expert in your field, you will act as a business partner, providing high-quality support and advice to ensure the entire recruitment process is handled successfully. In this process, you will collaborate with our hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners within the organization.
Lantmännen is a group consisting of various exciting businesses, and working in talent acquisition means you will specialize in the art of recruiting and the process itself. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, including building pipelines and sourcing candidates externally, covering a broad range of categories such as production, IT, operations, marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, HR, and more. The Lantmännen Group consists of six sectors, and by working closely with our managers, you will gain unique insights into several of our businesses throughout the entire value chain, from agriculture to machinery, bioenergy, food, and real estate.
Our team comprises highly skilled specialists within talent acquisition and recruitment, and we take great pride in contributing to various projects and improvement initiatives within our field of expertise. We continuously strive to improve and are actively exploring AI solutions within talent acquisition, recognizing the potential and numerous possibilities to enhance our efficiency and processes.
The talent acquisition team is part of Group HR. Our colleagues work with closely related processes such as talent and performance management, competence and leadership development, as well as people-tech and total rewards. You will be offered a one-year contract, and you will be located in our office in Stockholm. You will report to the Acting Talent Acquisition Manager, who is based in Malmö.
**This is what you need to succeed**
You have:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, either from a recruiting firm or an in-house recruitment team.
- Expertise in sourcing and pipeline building for a wide range of roles, including specialists and senior management positions.
- Prior knowledge of psychometric assessments in the recruitment process.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
