About this role
My name is Francisca, and I lead the Talent Acquisition efforts at Redeploy. We are a specialist consulting company in Cloud, Data, and AI, where our consultants help some of the most ambitious companies in the Nordics build modern, scalable, and truly robust technical solutions. Redeploy consists of around 100 experts who are passionate about technology and delivering great work, and we are partners with Microsoft, AWS, and Databricks. We work closely with our clients' architecture and development teams, and our work spans everything from data platforms and modern analytics to AI solutions and advanced cloud infrastructure.
This also makes our recruitment both complex, niche, and very, very enjoyable. We are now looking to grow further, and I need a colleague who wants to help build on everything we do.
What You Will Be Joining
Next year, we will have a high recruitment pace. We are working with some of the market's most sought-after profiles, including Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, AI Engineers, architects, and management consultants. To succeed, we need to be relevant, fast, and sharp in how we attract talent. This is not a role where you sit back and receive applications. This is a role where you will actively drive and develop the work.
What Our Days Look Like
You and I will work closely together on everything related to Talent Acquisition at Redeploy. A typical week with us includes, for example:
• Sourcing and headhunting for niche technical roles
• Initial conversations with candidates and ongoing process dialogues
• Close collaboration with hiring managers who are passionate about their areas and provide quick feedback
• Employer branding, student fairs, events, community initiatives, and content ideas
• Administration, coordination, and other aspects that keep processes on track
• Improvement work in small and large steps, such as training, process development, and data-driven Talent Acquisition
Initially, you will primarily support me in increasing the pace of sourcing and headhunting. That is where we have the greatest need right now. Over time, you will have the opportunity to develop across the entire breadth of Talent Acquisition and also delve into areas that excite you, such as DEI, data-driven recruitment, process design, training, or employer branding.

Who You Are
I believe that you:
• Have about a year of experience in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment within tech
• Are comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter and enjoy finding talent in creative ways
• Are structured, curious, and communicative
• Want to understand how Cloud, Data, and AI are interconnected
• Are willing to take initiative, roll up your sleeves when needed, and are a doer who readily says “I’ll take care of it” and follows through
• Want to grow quickly within Talent Acquisition and enjoy building things together with others
• Are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written forms.
