About the Position
Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with one of Sweden's largest banks, a Talent Acquisition Partner. The assignment is part of our personnel hiring. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at the bank for an initial period until November next year. You will be located at the bank's office and become part of a committed TA team with a strong focus on development and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work both operationally and strategically in recruitment. You will support managers throughout the recruitment process from job profile to hiring. You will also largely focus on improving, automating, and streamlining recruitment work through system development and improvement efforts such as data analysis.
Example Responsibilities:
• Support managers in the recruitment process and ensure a professional candidate experience
• Develop and automate workflows in the existing recruitment system
• Work on analysis and reporting of key metrics for the TA team
• Improve and quality-assure recruitment-related reports
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has recruitment experience, e.g., as a Talent Acquisition Partner, recruiter, or similar role
• Has worked with ATS systems, preferably Jobylon
Meriting Factors:
• Experience with process improvements or system implementation
• Strong Excel skills and an interest in analysis and statistics
