Randstad is now seeking a structured and driven tactical buyer for business-specific materials at Siemens Energy in Finspång. This is a consultant assignment. You will be part of the purchasing team in Finspång and play a crucial role in the procurement organization for new gas turbine manufacturing. At Siemens Energy, gas turbines for power generation are developed, manufactured, and serviced for the entire world. The team currently consists of 8 buyers managing various procurement areas for our production in Finspång. We handle both product and service purchases for the business. You will work in a dynamic work environment with many contact points and be part of an engaged purchasing team with high drive and good cohesion.

Responsibilities
• Management of order placement, delivery monitoring, follow-up, and invoicing in SAP
• Ensuring deliveries arrive on time, with the right quality, and at the right cost
• Negotiation of quotations and contracts
• Proactively working on improvements and digitalization in the procurement area
Qualifications
• We seek a relevant vocational education in purchasing or a university degree
• We prefer candidates with at least one year of purchasing-related experience
• Good communication skills. Comfortable with multiple contact points and varied tasks
• Self-driven, solution-oriented, and collaborative. Precise and structured in work approach
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP is meritorious
