**The Role: Leading Responsibility for New Business Development**
In this role, you will have the primary responsibility for establishing Aveer with new direct clients. Your main focus will be to drive growth by identifying, contacting, and qualifying new business opportunities for our specialist services. - **Strategic Prospecting:** Actively map the market and identify new clients in need of senior consultants in IT, technology, and business development.
- **New Customer Engagement and Cold Calling:** Initiate contact through effective cold calls and meetings at the executive level to build trust and present Aveer’s value.
- **Business-Driving Responsibility:** Manage the entire sales process – from initial contact, qualification, and needs analysis to successful agreements and follow-ups.
- **Building Structure:** Contribute to developing and formalizing sales processes and routines in the new sales organization.
- **Long-Term Partnerships:** Focus on building long-term, value-creating relationships that position Aveer as a reliable and quality-conscious partner.
