QUALIFICATIONS: · Certified nursing assistant with protected professional title. Specialized nursing assistant certification is advantageous · Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written · Driver's license (B-class) and ability to cycle · Basic digital competence Experience in healthcare work, documentation skills, and familiarity with Life Care system are preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES Your assignment includes providing personalized care considering individual needs and self-determination, and performing healthcare tasks delegated by licensed healthcare professionals, such as medication management, wound treatment, etc. The role also involves: - Providing palliative end-of-life care - Implementing rehabilitation-focused approaches - Communicating with patients, relatives, and other professionals - Documenting in Lifecare patient journals according to social service laws - Managing one or more responsibility areas as needed Personal suitability will be heavily considered. DRIVER'S LICENSE: B-class driver's license required. POSITIONS: 10 full-time, permanent positions. Start date by agreement.
