About the Role
We are seeking both junior and senior technicians for train maintenance in Stockholm at our client – a leading expert in rail vehicle competence and training. Here you will work with service, repair, and reconstruction in an important future-oriented industry. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or have extensive experience in maintenance and repair, there is a place for you. Work tasks will be adapted to your competence and experience to provide you with the right challenges and development opportunities.
Your Responsibilities Include:
• Service, repairs, and installation of mechanical components
• Renovation and reconstruction of rail vehicles, restoring them to like-new condition
• Advanced maintenance and technically demanding reconstructions, including troubleshooting and testing
• Documentation and reporting of completed work
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has high school education, preferably with a focus on technology, vehicles, or electrical systems
• Experience with mechanical work in areas such as vehicles, industry, or service – or a strong technical interest and commitment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams, with experience in troubleshooting and electrical work
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience with X60 or X61 is highly meritorious
