At Sodexo Transport, we are seeking cleaners who thrive in a varied and sometimes challenging work environment. With us, you will be responsible for train cleaning and facility maintenance during daytime hours, Monday to Friday, contributing to creating a clean and safe travel experience for our passengers. You must be meticulous, flexible, and able to handle unexpected situations swiftly. This could involve changes in schedules or delayed trains, where creativity and problem-solving skills are essential. You need to be independent while also possessing good teamwork abilities.
We place great value on excellent service orientation among our employees. This means that in addition to performing your tasks, you can effectively interact with various people, are attentive to customers' needs, and can maintain a smile even during busy times.
To apply for the position, you must:
• Have completed primary and secondary education
• Have good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written
• Be meticulous, punctual, and flexible
• Have good physical fitness as the cleaning profession can be physically demanding at times
• Have a driver's license
It is an added advantage if you:
• Have experience in professional cleaning or another service profession
• Have SRY, PRYL, or equivalent training
