Sodexo Transport is seeking service team members who enjoy varied and sometimes challenging work. Our team in Umeå delivers train service and has fantastic team spirit, and we are now expanding our team!
We are looking for employees for both day and night shifts. As a service team member, you play a crucial role in passengers' travel experience. You must be meticulous, flexible, and able to solve sudden situations. This could involve changes in schedules or delayed trains, requiring creativity and finding the best possible solution. You need to be independent while maintaining good collaboration skills.
We place great value on excellent service attitudes in our employees. This means that in addition to performing your tasks, you can handle interactions with different people, be attentive to customer needs, and offer a smile even during busy times.
To apply for the position, you must:
• Have completed primary and secondary education
• Have good Swedish language skills - both spoken and written
• Be precise, punctual, and flexible
• Have good physical fitness as cleaning work can be physically demanding
• Possess a driver's license
Extra points if you:
• Have experience in professional cleaning or other service industries
• Hold SRY, PRYL, or equivalent certification
