If you enjoy a varied and sometimes challenging job, you will thrive as a team member at Sodexo. As a train cleaner, you will perform cleaning of trains as well as other related service tasks.
Working hours include shift work primarily during weekday evenings and weekends. The operation runs around the clock every day of the year, so daytime and nighttime work may also occur.
We are looking for someone who can work under a one-year temporary contract (34.25%) starting immediately.
As a cleaner, you play an important role in the travelers' experience of their journey. You must be meticulous, flexible, and able to quickly resolve unexpected situations. This may involve changes in schedules or delayed trains, where creativity and finding the best possible solution are essential. You need to be independent while also having good teamwork skills.
We place great value on a strong service mindset among our employees. This means that in addition to performing your tasks, you can handle interactions with various people, are attentive to customers' needs, and can offer a smile even when the workload is high. Please note that the position may include solo work.
To apply for the position, you must:
• Have completed primary and secondary school
• Have good knowledge of Swedish – both spoken and written
• Be meticulous, punctual, and flexible
• Have good physical fitness as the cleaning profession can be physically demanding
• Have a driver's license and access to a car
It is an extra plus if you:
• Have experience in professional cleaning or another service profession
• Have SRY, PRYL, or equivalent training
