About the Job As an HR Partner at Täby Municipality, you will work consultatively and independently on various HR issues. You will provide close support to managers, both in individual cases and in more overarching matters. The role includes handling individual cases, rehabilitation and workplace environment issues, as well as participating in organizational changes and collective bargaining. You will also support managers in recruitment and salary reviews, provide advice on labor law and collective agreements, and perform certain administrative tasks. You will work independently and be responsible for driving your own work forward, while also being part of an engaged HR team that supports each other and covers for one another as needed. The role is primarily operational but also offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of working methods and processes. The HR unit also includes two HR strategists and a negotiation manager who provide support to the management team and work on overarching issues. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and consultatively with HR issues and who is confident in their HR role. You have a knack for building and maintaining good relationships, are communicative, and have a professional approach. The role suits someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and has integrity in the role of employer representative. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • Relevant higher education in HR, personnel science, or equivalent • At least 3 years of experience in operational HR work, preferably in a larger organization with collective agreements • Good knowledge of labor law and experience with union contacts • Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written • Good system skills and the ability to work in digital HR systems We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
