You will have a clear mandate to shape the technical roadmap, act as a mentor, and anchor software architecture for systems that are truly important to Sweden. Riksgälden's IT department comprises four units: IT Infrastructure, IT Service, IT System and Analysis Development, IT System Development, with a total of over 50 employees. The position is located in the System Development unit. At Riksgälden, we have approximately 240 employees located in central Stockholm. As our Tech Lead, you will balance deep technical work with technical leadership. You are still fundamentally a senior developer, participating in development, testing, and troubleshooting, but your primary focus is leading and quality assuring the team's technical work. In your daily work, you will work with and set the framework for our stack, which primarily consists of C#/.NET, SQL Server, and Entity Framework. We use Blazor and Telerik for frontend, N-Unit and N-Crunch for unit testing. All our work is managed in Azure DevOps with GIT. Your Primary Responsibilities: • Lead daily technical work and act as a technical mentor for the team's developers. • Responsible for developing and anchoring software architecture and system design in Riksgälden's architecture forum. • Ensure system deliveries occur according to plan and established quality goals. • Act as a technical "bridge" and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients. • Monitor and evaluate new trends and tools to ensure an efficient and modern development environment. • Own and drive technical debt work in dialogue with the management leader.
