System Developer, with a focus on Automation

You will be part of the System Development department, which consists of a department manager, two unit managers, and a total of 32 employees, primarily system developers, IT management leaders, and architects. You will be involved in the entire chain from capturing the customer's needs to implementing and realizing a solution. You have substantial experience in system development as a developer, where you have worked on design, implementation, and realization based on both functional and non-functional requirements. You should have experience with the development, troubleshooting, and optimization of RPA flows. You have familiarity with Manatee, Cuesta, Kibana, Pistia, UIPath, and Power Automate. You are outgoing, take initiative, and thrive when working both independently and in a group. As a person, you are responsible, quality-conscious, and capable of understanding what the business wants while being eager to learn new things. You find it easy to collaborate and work with a holistic view focused on the customer's needs. You are communicative and can express yourself well in Swedish, both in speaking and writing.
