You will be part of the System Development department, which consists of a department manager, two unit managers, and a total of 32 employees, primarily system developers, IT management leaders, and architects. Our office is located in the newly built IT house near Stora Holmen. Here, you will find wonderful colleagues who all work with IT issues. The facilities are bright, fresh, and modern. Regionservice works with services for the operations of Region Örebro County. We have many different tasks and expertise in areas such as IT, property management, food services, cleaning, transport, logistics, medical technology, support, procurement, archiving, and administration. We also have a strategic responsibility for the development of our operations. Our employees are our greatest asset in delivering good work with a customer focus. The IT area is one of the largest IT workplaces in the region with about 160 employees. We are responsible for coordinating, managing, and leading IT development in Region Örebro County, facing challenges related to future healthcare information support and e-health as well as administrative systems and infrastructure. To meet these challenges effectively and professionally, we need to have a broad and high level of expertise, always keeping the customer in focus. **System Developer, Focused on Automation**
**Responsibilities**
You will primarily work with automation in various teams and system development projects to improve and streamline our operations' work processes. You will be involved in the entire chain from capturing the customer's needs to implementing and realizing a solution. **Qualifications**
You have an academic education or equivalent competence that the employer assesses as comparable. You have substantial experience in system development as a developer, where you have worked on design, implementation, and realization based on both functional and non-functional requirements.
You should have experience with the development, troubleshooting, and optimization of RPA flows. You have familiarity with Manatee, Cuesta, Kibana, Pistia, UIPath, and Power Automate.
You are outgoing, take initiative, and thrive when working both independently and in a group. As a person, you are responsible, quality-conscious, and capable of understanding what the business wants while being eager to learn new things. You find it easy to collaborate and work with a holistic view focused on the customer's needs. You are communicative and can express yourself well in Swedish, both in speaking and writing.
