About the job You will work with system development in an agile development team where you collectively take responsibility for the team's deliveries while considering the bigger picture and contributing to a well-functioning society. In your role, you will help develop solutions that make the Swedish Tax Agency accessible in the customer's environment, allowing citizens, businesses, and society at large to utilize the Tax Agency's e-services. The team organizes its own work and collaborates towards set goals. The team is cross-functional, and there are opportunities to deepen your knowledge in various areas. We are currently undergoing a system renewal where we are implementing modern technology and developing our architecture. We organize ourselves through the SAFe framework, and our development environment includes Java, Red Hat OpenShift, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Mulesoft, Informatica, and Spring Boot. As a system developer, you will primarily work with Java development, where you will have the opportunity for varied tasks and different development possibilities. About you To do a good job and thrive with us at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be attentive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. In this job, you should: - Be goal-oriented and contribute to achieving the purpose of the operations - Take initiative, think creatively, and take a stand on issues - Have good collaboration skills, be helpful, and have a positive attitude - Independently plan and drive your work forward to achieve results - Be able to analyze information flows, identify connections, patterns, and make delimitations - Have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish. You should also have: - Relevant post-secondary education in IT or technology, or equivalent work experience deemed relevant by the employer - Several years of current and relevant work experience in system development with Java. It is desirable that you have relevant experience with GIT, Spring Boot, OCP, integration, and/or automated testing. Good to know The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a hiring decision is made.
