DevOps System Developer

Job Description We are looking for a DevOps-oriented system developer who wants to drive the modernization and further development of internal platforms. You will work closely with development teams and support the organization in the transition to new technologies and environments, focusing on stable, secure, and efficient platform solutions. Responsibilities • Drive the modernization and further development of internal platforms based on, for example, GKE/Rancher, Kong, and Envoy. • Implement, configure, and manage platform components in a production environment. • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the platforms while ensuring high operational stability and performance. • Collaborate closely with users and development teams to analyze needs, resolve obstacles, and clarify workflows. • Contribute to establishing and improving internal platforms through both technical implementation and ongoing knowledge sharing. • Communicate technology, goals, and challenges in an educational manner and work proactively to improve processes and solutions. Requirements • At least two years of experience working with Kubernetes. • At least one year of experience working with GitHub. • Relevant academic education or other documented knowledge through training, certifications, or equivalent experience. • Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. • At least one previous assignment where you have worked in a production environment. • At least one previous assignment where you have worked with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure). • At least one year of experience working with Envoy. Preferred Qualifications • Experience from at least one assignment in a production environment with the cloud platform GCP. • Experience from at least one assignment in a production environment with Kong Gateway. • Experience with modern security principles, such as Zero Trust, SPIFFE, least privilege, and DevSecOps.
