The Server Operations department is responsible for the design, installation, and operation of infrastructure and application operations within Region Örebro County. Infrastructure operations consist of physical and virtual servers, storage and backup systems, monitoring, and load balancing. The environment is primarily divided between Windows and Linux. Application operations involve managing the operation, installation, configuration, licensing, and troubleshooting of many of Region Örebro County's IT systems, such as systems for X-ray imaging, medical technology, archiving, administration, and laboratory operations.
