About the Job
You are Gothenburg! We now need someone with experience in technical customer support who wants to work to ensure that the city's employees and managers get the most out of our new system support for document and case management.
Within the Business Area of Communication, Management and Governance, the Case Management and Digital Preservation unit, we deliver services to the city's administrations and companies in information management. We provide support for document and case management, information reporting, and digital preservation. Secretaries, administrators, registrars, and archivists are key target groups for the unit. The unit employs system technicians, system managers, business developers, and project leaders.
As a system technician, you will work with support for our customers, companies, and administrations in the City of Gothenburg. You will be part of our support team where your service-oriented approach and ability to collaborate effectively are crucial. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technical challenges and support our users in their daily work. The position involves actively listening to user needs and offering solutions.
Your main tasks will include:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting in Ciceron DoÄ.
- Analyzing user problems to identify and implement improvements.
- Maintaining documentation related to support processes.
- Working closely with other departments at Intraservice to ensure smooth operation and user experience.
About You
We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably in IT. Additionally, you have higher education in IT or another post-secondary IT education, or equivalent extensive work experience. You have experience working in a large IT support organization structured according to ITIL.
You also have experience working with servers, databases, and IT operations, as well as in support case management systems such as ServiceNow. You have a good ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish. It is meritorious if you have experience working with document and case management systems such as Ciceron DoÄ, or similar understanding of complexity in a larger system. Experience, knowledge, and understanding of the public sector and regulations such as GDPR, confidentiality, public documents, and archival law are also meritorious.

You want to continue developing in support technology and have the opportunity to influence and contribute to our users' satisfaction with our service. You enjoy working in teams and have a natural ability to collaborate with both colleagues and customers.
