JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an Electronic Monitoring Systems Technician at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, You Will Be Part of a Team Responsible for Managing and Defining a Monitoring System Based on Core Business Needs. Your Tasks Include Explaining and Documenting the System's Technical and Functional Aspects for Core Operations, Based on Established Requirements, and Assisting Colleagues with Troubleshooting in Daily Operations. Due to Changing Legal Requirements and Conditions, You Will Also Participate in Analyzing Necessary System Changes and Their Implementation in the Organization. This Means You Will, Together with Your Colleagues, Develop Solution Proposals Related to Both Technology and Security, and Contribute to Their Implementation. Close Collaboration Will Be Required, Both Internally Within the Prison and Probation Service and Externally with Subcontractors, Regarding Technical Issues.
