System Specialist - Mobile App Accessibility Review
Role Description
The assignment involves a structured accessibility review of a mobile application for iOS (from version 16) and Android (from version 10). The focus is on verifying compliance with EN 301 549 and related requirements under the DOS law, documenting shortcomings and user consequences, and recommending actions. Only mobile applications are included in the assignment.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct accessibility review of system and user-initiated flows in the app.
• Identify, categorize, and prioritize deficiencies while describing impact on user groups.
• Recommend concrete measures to meet current requirements and improve usability.
• Develop a clear accessibility statement that meets formal and content requirements.
• Ensure test environment with devices equipped with camera, microphone, and speakers/headset.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to anchor proposed solutions and action plans.
Requirements
• Deep understanding and practical application of the DOS law.
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Several years of experience (approx. 5-7 years) in accessibility review within the public sector.
• Good practical knowledge of iOS and Android.
• At least 10 years of experience in accessibility reviews of mobile apps and web applications.
• Documented experience reviewing according to EN 301 549.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in accessibility review of mobile applications within the healthcare sector, preferably with referenceable assignments.

• Start: 2025-12-08
• Duration: until 2026-02-27 (scope: 80 hours)
