This Six-Month Assignment is for You with Experience in Procurement Systems, Understanding of Financial Flows, and Knowledge of E-commerce Order Processes
About the Assignment
The work involves analyzing and implementing organizational changes in the system, managing authorizations and approval flows, and administering master data and delivery addresses. The role includes implementing order paths, subscription administration and delegations, as well as troubleshooting invoices and test scenarios during system updates. You will participate in internal working groups, development initiatives, and procurement processes, generate statistics, and provide user support for order processes. The focus is on ensuring correct flows, data quality, and efficient management of procurement and invoice systems.
Who Are You?
We are seeking someone with a problem-solving analytical ability and a flexible approach. In this role, you need to be structured and able to work independently. As a person, you should be communicative and adept at collaborating with different individuals.
Required Competence and Experience:
• Experience in system management for procurement systems (e.g., Visma Proceedo, Raindance, or equivalent)
• Experience providing e-commerce support
• Good understanding of invoice management processes and electronic invoicing
• Experience with master data management and authorization administration
• Understanding of public procurement and contracts
• Strong communication skills and experience responding to user inquiries
Meritorious:
• Experience working in the public sector
• Experience with Visma Proceedo
• Knowledge of e-commerce order processes
• Knowledge of financial flows
• Experience in statistics generation and reporting
What We Offer
We offer a consulting assignment starting as soon as possible, expected to last 6 months full-time, 100%. The assignment is primarily on-site but may offer some remote work options.
