About this role

Are you a senior systems engineer looking for a new challenge? At Combitech in Karlskoga and Örebro, you'll have the chance to put your expertise to the test and explore your potential as a Combitech consultant. You will work at the forefront of technology, take on complex assignments in the defense and automotive industries, and become a key player for our clients. With us, you'll have the opportunity to grow in a corporate culture that promotes both personal and professional development while contributing to the development of future technology. Does this sound like an exciting opportunity for you? What We Offer At Combitech, we invest in our employees, who are the core, brain, and heart of our operation. We do this by focusing on your skills development, making it easy to combine work with everyday life, and offering other fair benefits. Within our Systems Engineering division, we are seeking engineers who want to help shape our future direction. Here, you'll have the opportunity to organize everything from after-work activities and hackathons to training projects and team-building activities. There is also space to propose and organize workshops and seminars with leading experts to deepen the team's expertise. Beyond technical work, there is also the opportunity to participate in business development and customer relationship management. By actively contributing to strengthening our partnerships and identifying new business opportunities, senior engineers can play a central role in our continued success. If you want to contribute innovative ideas with a focus on collaboration, this is the right place. Together, we can build a workplace where every engineer has the opportunity to grow and reach their full potential. What the Role Involves Working as a systems engineer with us means being able to take on a complex assignment where you become a crucial component for the customer. You will work with comprehensive system commitments and ensure they deliver what the requirements specify. Your tasks will include breaking down system-level requirements, understanding how individual components are affected by requirements in areas such as electronics, hydraulics, mechanics, software, etc. You will help develop work packages and support the business in identifying risks that need to be addressed for the customer. The assignment may be a hybrid solution, and depending on your competence, you could become one of the key roles we are looking for who can take a holistic approach. Our customers are primarily in the defense and automotive industries. You will be based at our office in Karlskoga, with potential assignments in Örebro and Karlstad, with the position either on-site with the customer or in-house. As the position may involve work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and pass a security assessment with register control. Selection will be ongoing. We look forward to your application! Proficiency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, is expected. Contact Person: Johannes Svensson, 073-446 65 24 We decline recruitment collaborations.
