Do you want to help develop the digital solutions of the future for our Health and Care sector and Individual and Family Care that make a difference for citizens? As a system administrator with us, you will play a key role in ensuring that our systems function securely, efficiently, and in accordance with laws and guidelines. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence, improve, and create value for both the organization and its citizens. The Digitalization Unit is a central unit consisting of three members. We work on digitalization towards established goals in collaboration with various departments to achieve benefits for citizens and the organization. Höör is located in the heart of Skåne, has good train connections, beautiful nature, 17,000 residents, and a steady population increase. With around 1,400 employees, Höör Municipality is the largest employer in the area. Many of our employees commute here. RESPONSIBILITIES As a system administrator with us, you will contribute to ensuring that our operational systems support organizational development, function securely, efficiently, and in compliance with laws and guidelines. You play an essential role in creating the conditions for a modern and digitally sustainable municipal operation. Your main responsibilities will include: • Managing system objects with a focus on development, information security, data protection, and regulatory compliance. • Participating in procurements and requirements setting for new system solutions in accordance with LOU (Public Procurement Act). • Training and supporting employees to ensure effective and correct use of the systems. • Providing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues. • Communicating with suppliers to manage contracts, updates, and incidents. • Actively participating in a municipality-wide system administrator forum to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the streamlining of municipal processes. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with post-secondary education and experience in system administration or similar work. It is advantageous if you have experience with systems in the Health and Care sector or Individual and Family Care and are accustomed to working with processes, supplier contacts, and contract management. You have a strong ability to educate and support users in system use. We value your knowledge of information security, data protection (GDPR), and relevant laws, as well as knowledge of procurement processes according to LOU. To succeed in this role, you need to be structured and meticulous, with the ability to see the big picture and understand how systems impact the operation. You are communicative and pedagogical, which means you enjoy supporting others and explaining complex issues in a simple way. You are solution-oriented and analytical, with a genuine interest in developing and streamlining processes. Good collaboration skills with colleagues are essential for creating value for citizens and the organization. OTHER The position will be filled subject to the necessary political decisions being made and it not needing to be reserved for internal use.
