About this role

Nyköping or Eskilstuna About Us Personnel Service – part of Region Service. We are a flexible and innovative service organization that creates value for Region Sörmland. Region Service offers support services including properties, procurement, payroll and invoice management, administration, and business-near service. Personnel Service is responsible for payroll, pensions, and system management of Heroma. We enable efficient HR processes and a purposeful operation. The team consists of twelve employees with offices in Eskilstuna and Nyköping. We are on a development journey – focusing on skills transformation, vision, goals, and working methods. Now we are seeking new colleagues in system management who want to help shape the future together with us. Your Tasks As a system manager with us, you will have a consultative and county-wide assignment in close collaboration with the business. You will become a key person for Heroma – our personnel administrative system – and support managers, HR specialists, and payroll administrators. • Provide user support via phone, case management system, or on-site. • Work with change management; documentation, testing, and implementation. • Participate in projects for new features and systems. We work according to the pm3 management model, and in our team, we have different areas of specialization. Together we are knowledgeable, curious, and ambitious – therefore we highly value your personal qualities. The position involves travel within the county. Your Competence We are looking for someone who is pedagogical, service-oriented, solution-focused, and has good technical and analytical skills. We are seeking someone who: • Has relevant post-secondary education in IT and systems, or experience deemed equivalent by the employer. • Has extensive experience with personnel administrative systems. • Has documented knowledge of laws and agreements governing the HR area. • Has good communication skills in both speech and writing. • Easily collaborates and sees their part in the whole. • Has the ability to work independently. • Is structured. Meritorious Experience/Knowledge • Experience and knowledge of SQL. • Previous experience with the Heroma personnel administrative system. • Understanding of payroll administration.
