In the role of system administrator, you will be a key person in enabling a stable, efficient, and future-proof IT environment that supports Feelgood's continued digital development and growth.
**Responsibilities**
As a system administrator, you play a central role in ensuring functionality, structure, and development within the organization's systems. The role has a strategic focus and includes coordinating system management, requirements specification, and improvement work in close collaboration with both internal development teams, the business, and external suppliers. You will work on long-term improvements, change management, and governance, contributing to a clear and sustainable system structure that supports the organization's goals.
- Responsible for the system's functionality, needs, and development in dialogue with the business and suppliers
- Coordinate and specify requirements in system management work, as well as package solutions and improve processes
- Contribute to governance, change management, and strategic work related to security structure and management
**Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes**
- Relevant educational background, such as in IT, computer science, or another technical field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in system management, preferably within larger organizations with complex IT environments
- Experience with electronic health record systems or other healthcare-related systems is highly meritorious
- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
