System Manager and Strategic Business Developer Would you like to help develop and optimize processes within social services? Are you a structured system manager with an interest in digitalization and smart work methods? Then you might be the right person for us! About the Role As a system manager and strategic business developer, you'll have a versatile and strategic assignment where you're responsible for coordinating and developing central functions within social services. You'll work both operationally and strategically to ensure our business system functions optimally - troubleshooting, providing user support, managing permissions, and driving improvement work. Simultaneously, you'll identify development opportunities and follow up on the effects of changes, always with users' needs in focus. The role requires combining technical competence with good business understanding. You have experience in system management and actively contribute to shaping future work methods. You'll work closely with the social services manager, departments, and digitalization developer to drive digitalization and develop smart, efficient solutions. Through qualified analyses and decision-making support, you'll support strategic development issues and contribute to long-term business development. You'll also have overall responsibility for social services' state subsidies - from requisition to reporting - and ensure documentation is of high quality and submitted on time. With your ability to see connections, initiate changes, and follow up results, you'll become a key person in our development work and our journey towards a more digital and sustainable future. We're Looking for Someone Who: - Has relevant university education, preferably in system management, public administration, or similar. - Has good experience with public authority execution and implementation within social services areas. - Has good system understanding and strong interest in digital development. - Is accustomed to working independently, structured, and solution-oriented. - Has excellent ability to express themselves verbally and in writing.
