WORK TASKS
In this role, you will work with management and development of the HR department's operational systems for competence development (currently Saba Competence Portal) and recruitment (currently Visma Recruit).
As a System Administrator, the work involves developing existing and new system support for competence development and recruitment, as well as operational work in the current structure. The operational systems currently manage areas such as training catalog, competence and training issues for employees and some external parties, as well as the recruitment and partially pre-boarding process. As a System Administrator, you will work with support, developing user support and training users, building reports and generating statistics, coordinating new integrations, testing new versions, and contributing to business development through digitalization and automation.
The position's organizational affiliation is the Payroll Service unit, which is part of the HR department. You will collaborate internally within Payroll Service and HR, as well as with system and content providers and other activities within the region and its partners.
Region Jämtland Härjedalen's HR department is currently on a digital and organizational development journey. As a System Administrator, you will be an important part of creating positive experiences for managers and employees regarding HR's existing and future system support in the area of Competence Provision.
The posting is for two positions at 100% and 50% respectively. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Personnel Management
Higher education in Personnel Management or equivalent professional experience.
System Administration
Experience or education in system administration, improvement work with HR systems. Preferably with a focus on competence provision.
Process/Project Leadership
Experience in leading processes and improvement projects.
Competence Provision
Experience working with competence provision.
You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You collaborate well with people in various contexts and functions.
You have the ability to communicate clearly and exude credibility and confidence. You can hold presentations, lectures, and training, adapting them to the target group's needs and feedback.
