Within the Financial Systems Support department, we are now seeking a System Administrator responsible for e-commerce. **Job Responsibilities**
As a System Administrator responsible for e-commerce, you will oversee our ordering system in Agresso, where operations order consumables and pharmaceuticals. This means you will be Region Västmanland's representative on e-commerce matters both internally and externally. A significant part of the job involves working with suppliers, where you will need to secure delivery addresses, price lists, and ensure that invoices are received correctly. You will also collaborate internally with departments such as Procurement, where your role will involve participating in the procurement process and ensuring requirements are met during invoice handling and e-commerce. When new agreements are finalized and need to be integrated into e-commerce, you will liaise with both suppliers and operations to ensure that contract and supplier integrations function efficiently.
As part of your role, you will also lead your team and work with them on development and improvement initiatives to streamline operations. This may involve developing systems, routines, and enhancing work methods.
The region operates according to the system management model Pm3.
**About the Workplace**
Within the Center for Finance, there is a consolidated financial support team for Region Västmanland. Openness and dialogue characterize the operations both internally and externally. The unit's mission is to provide coordinated and quality-assured support to the region's managers and relevant employees across all financial processes. The financial support team consists of approximately 60 employees.

**Qualifications**
You have a degree from a university or college in IT/system science, or post-secondary education such as a vocational training program or other relevant courses, along with solid experience in the field. Experience in e-commerce, preferably within the public sector, as well as knowledge in the area is considered highly meritorious. In this role, you will work on development and improvement, so we view participation in or leading development and improvement projects as advantageous. Knowledge of governing laws in the area, such as LOU, is also a benefit for this role. Furthermore, we expect you to have good knowledge of Agresso ERP and the Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in the Swedish language, with the ability to express yourself clearly both verbally and in writing, is required.

**Employment Conditions**
Permanent position, full-time, daytime hours, based in Västerås. Start date to be agreed upon.
